Title: Sticker Designer

I have designs for stickers drawn out by hand on bat templates and I have a company that will print a small number of stickers for me.

The only thing is that I dont have a program to draw the stickers on a computer with.

Does anyone know a company that will draw them up for me or a program that I could use without forking out 500 quid for photoshop?

Actually that makes me think, does anyone know someone who will print about 10ish sticker sets?
