Can anyone help with some tips on perfecting the pull shot, tried against the bowling machine yesterday, main problem being speed, 65mph to slow and the ball does not bounce high enough, 75-80mph a bit quick and have the bruises to show for it this morning.
Many thanks
Lee

start with a tennis ball and a wall build up your confidence mate
there another topic of this somewhere else
or get your mate to feed you short balls once again with tennis balls and do over 1100 repetitions for muscle memory maybe more

Have a mate, do sit on he's knee on the lenght where the ball would bounce and feed you underarm.
That way, it is easy for him to try and hit where the ball would strike..
Do I make my self clear? Very simpel and easy

Ha they changed the name of that video. When it was originally posted it was called "Justin Langer's guide to pulling!" Think they had a few complaints

Here's a thread where I asked about the pull/hook Lee and some answers to the questions. You'd have to build up pace though, as you could get stuff at 65mph you'd have no option but to pull surely? Anyway hope the link is useful!
