Title: Fitness for 15 year olds..

I am nearly 15 and I need to start to work on my fitness for the new season. Has anyone got any good regime's or website info for someone my age? Cheers,

For a 15 year old I rekon regular jogging would be best? Although that website has loads of cricket specific drills!
