Title: Handle Weighting Millichamp and Hall
Post by: benbellward on March 29, 2011, 09:10:24 AM
Does anyone have an insight in how to perform your own DIY handle balancing?

I'm thinking Millichamp and Hall style with the Amplus? What would be the best solution? Lead tape?

Mike or anyone for that matter, it would be interesting to hear your ideas.

Thanks

i have been told that the plastic end on top of the handle weighs an ounce.

you need about an ounce in weight.

if you have a single grip on the handle at the moment, change it for a thicker grip. there is about an ounce difference in weight between them.

use the search function for "counter balance".

lead tape/rolls of plaster all sorts of options.

Well the one I've seen and looked at was nowhere near an ounce, mine is about 2/3's of an ounce.

I tried electric tape and that worked for first few hours but later as you use your bat tape started to go upwards....so don't do that..
