.... and what type of inner best suits you for them?
I recently tried non padded which made the feel for the ball better but obviously stopped protection and had some very numb hands after. Just seeing other peoples thoughts and views....

mate, in your unrelenting quest for the perfect set up, let me offer the following advice....
If you keep to fast bowlers, take chamois padded as they will settle after a few games.
If you keep to the odd quicky, mediums and spinners where you find yourself standing up more often than not, get chamois nonpadded
If your hands hurt, don't worry about it, the pain will go. The feel is more important
