Title: Bola Fielding machine

We have been lucky at the club and given both the fielding and bola machine and i tell you what i have devised some good reflex games with the fielding machine

I use it from 15 yards with the Katchet mat and play shots in the nets of the back foot i tell you great practice and fully enjoyable.

Helmet and tailend chest guard required but good fun.

Going to have the championship today balls at 70 from 10-15 yards similar to the england routine


Love the sunshine it bloody great and the smell of freshly cut grass

get it just after dinner followed by a barbecue and 3 weeks off

Any one got any odd jobs need doing got 3 weeks bordom

got another bat here for a rehandle mate i refurbished the kippax legend mate the wavex handle was in 3 neat separate section.

I will see the lad with the slaz through the week and send both together but the kippax has come up alright
