Seen this kid bat a couple of times on tv and was impressed. Not a bad day today either. One over going 6.6.6.6.6.1.

probably, cricinfo's got him down as born in NZ, would be another born overseas english player

yes he is the future without doubt needs to improve his bowling but great potential

Kid has serious talent.  Hits a really long ball.  Bowls a bit as well.  If he keeps going I wouldn't be surprised to see him in the England ODI side at some point this summer.  Sport runs in his blood - his dad was a pro rugby league player.

He is a class act, having played against him on a number of occasions (watched the ball go miles on most of them!), He was born in NZ but lived in Cumbria, very stocky lad who hits a long ball! Attitude could be the only thing that stops him going the full way, serious talent

I wonder how Durham managed to get a look at him? He lives in Cockermouth doesn't he? Thought he might be a bit close to Lancs.

Geoff has a huge network, players come from all over, Scotland, Cumbria, Northumberland the odd one from Yorkshire as well as players from the MCC young cricketers
