Depends...

Do you know where you might switch to? If so, do people there know you already? how bothered are you about which team you play for (i.e. 1st Xi, 2nd Xi etc...)

The league i play in allows unlimited transfers up until a certain date, after that its 1 per club. worth checking out any rukes or stuff your league might have

If your unhappy with things and you feel you want to move them go for it, plenty of clubs looking for players and I'm sure they would be more than happy to have you. In life things change but you don't always have to put up with them. When your hearts not in it then do yourself a favour and don't look back.

Most clubs have a pecking order as such and it can be difficult to break into the top XI's and even i.e. move up the batting order etc. I have seen a lot of brown noses playing well above their standard and it can get disheartening especially for a young cricketer. One clubs lose can also be another clubs gain and sometimes its just not the right club for you.

Yes can happen, but not at ours. You give the player a chance and then it's up to him. Biggest problem clubs run into is not picking on merit. You pick on merit and the reason becomes clear - you're not good enough or you can't justify batting that high in the order. It's a simple message and avoids all doubt as to what a player has to do.However, many clubs make up reasons, brown nose and essentially talk themselves into a corner. Pissing the player off and making him eventually leave.
