Our overseas player arrived this past week and in his bag was this. It's an XXX5 Custom Made that he got from Meulemans in Perth. The face is so flat it almost feels concaved. Also never seen such a square toe on a bat, it's a bit awkward though as it doesnt tap nicely between the feet. As for weight, it comes in at 2.9oz and the edge size is 45mm.

That looks awesome! Whats the pick-up like?
-
Really don't like those flat toes.
-
Looks mint, I want haha
Who is the pro?
-
MONSTER!
I hate the gray nics square toes, the Kaboom is the worst of the bunch! Having said that, for 2.9 and 45mm edges, i'd use it.

I'd think it would be possible to round off a square toe though if it wasn't to your liking?

The square toe does it's bit to help make it look big but it feels horrible when tapping between the feet. As for the pick up, its not bad but i had a few throw downs with it and it felt a bit cumbersome, it did ping quite nicely though. Yh it could be rounded off if that was preferred.
The overseas is a young offie from Gosnells, as ours got tempted away by pennies.

It would be easy, but it seems a pointless exercise having it in the first place. It would add more weight to the bat and i'd imagine that it may make the bat more susceptible to breakages.

These bats are huge, and to be fair they pick up fairly well for their shape and size.
Do you know the offies name mate, might of played him?

bat is really huge for the weight.
