I have shaped a few Part mades from H4L ( will supply pictures eventually) and have just received another batch. My current profile is slightly bowed, thick edges and concaves spine. Im looking for another shape to have a go at. just wondered what profile/shape etc i should go for? Maybe a copy of a current one? Im thinking more of a traditional profile but open to suggestions

go for either the GN Oblivion shape or the SAF Genus shape - offset edges, not massive, but with a focus on spine height...
a bit like this:

Buzz,
does look a good shape. im pretty happy with the way the first few have gone. will try and post pics tonight to give you an idea.
procricket,
im at work so cant see facebook but if you can post a pic ill give it a go. i like a challenge.
must admit the bat shaping is getting quite addictive. even better when they work out well and the ball flys off the bat (nothing to do with me just the pressing from Matt)

agree shaping a bat is good shame my supplier has not supplied for a while....

There's been too many nice bats on here to copy just one of them! But I'd have to go for something like the old style powerbow.

Sounds like a few good ideas guys. thanks
