Title: H4L Stickers..
Post by: slcric on April 23, 2011, 04:47:47 AM
While i was surfing the new H4L website i came across this statement about stickers:
Quote
Every bat is then carefully hand labeled with our state of the art labels. The labels are specifically designed to avoid damage on impact from the the ball..
Can anyone tell me how H4L stickers are different to normal stickers? How they produce it or what special materials they use?

Its something to do with finishing them properly.

If they arent printed correctly the smudge with ball impact.

All the main brands labels are adequately protected.

slcric, why not just email every brand directly and ask them to take the time to list all their trade secrets and send to you, this will save us years of questions and answers on here. If you want to know for interest fine but every topic is now how do I get this feature from this brand for my own use?

I'll answer this one regardless, the stickers are underprinted on a polycarbonate material which offers full resistance to cricket ball strikes. Not all companies do this and I've actually had to remove a very cheap brands stickers that are just printed onto gloss paper which is plain nasty.

Just don't expect companies that have spent time + money developing products to give their secrets away

Some companies claim to have the best stickers out in the market when they are made from home printed which can't even survive tennis ball impact. Some people don't know the quality of the H4L stickers. And I was one of them.Obviously people would like know how they claim to have state of the art stickers when they are a fairly new brand.
