Hi Guys,

If any of u guys (or gyal) have flat feet. What kind of measures u take so it don't hurt you when running?

get yourself some custom insoles for your shoes, i've had them for the last 5 years and havent had any, ankle, hell or knee problems since. Fairly pricey though..

Skipping works wonders it'll make you alot lighter on your feet and get them moving alot quicker
