To start off with i have to say i have fallen in love with the looks of Black Cat bats and the high number of impressive reviews!
But at the same time i have heard a lot of complaints regarding ignorant services and receiving something different to what was ordered and way out of given time frame.
I was looking into buying a Black Cat from Charlie but i wanted to get confirmation that those were just a few mistakes and i won't be disappointed..
Anyone can confirm it?

The given time frame that you are referring to is a 2 week target that we aim for. We also state on the website that this is only a guideline- in the off season we have had bats arrive on our customers' doorsteps two days after ordering, in a busy time like this, we may be slightly outside our target range, but this is only because our bats are handmade and we have a lot of people order bats!
