Title: Help, Any hope ?

Hi All
This is my Captains beloved Smasher bat, he loves this bat but it has some damage up near the shoulder and the handle. It is cracked either side of the splice on the back. The crack on the left side of the Splice is about 5 inches and the one to the right  is about 3 inches.The cracks are circled in the first pic. Pics below. Can anyone help or offer an opinion, can it be fixed , is anyone here able to ?

Rehandle is what is required I'd imagine. As soon as you mentioned smasher, before I read on or saw the pics I knew it would be the shoulders/splice gone. Get a proper handle fitted.

I've seen worse that are still going strong.

Its unrepairable really. Cant do anything up the top and the back of the bat. And the crack is outside the handle.

Thats not to say he cant still use it for a while but theres not much you can do repair wise
