Hya lads, just wondering, is there a massive difference in shape between these two bats?
Ive been using a harlequin for the last 3 months and i love it, i just can't see many differences in the profile between the harlequin and the original, or is this just me being blind?
Also there is a huge price difference between the two bats with a harlequin being around £270 and an original being £160.
Anyone care to help me out, as if there isn't much difference in profile, and they are both g1 wood, surely the original would be the better buy in the future?
Cheers
Max

Both the same shape.

If you use the M&H website and turn both of them to the side, there is a very subtle difference between the two shapes, but it is very small. Judging by what the website says, the Original is now Grade 2 Willow, whereas the Harlequin is G1.

But as soon as you go onto websites like serious cricket and others, the original is listed as being g1 willow ha

Yea no difference, I went for an original and the performance is great although the appearance not as clean as you will probably get on a harlequin.
