Hi, I could imagine that some you you guys hits the gym a couple of times in a week.
I have worked out for quite a long time now, but are looking for new exercises with some more cricket relevance.
Does anyone have a program or ideas for some exercises for my upcoming program?
I'm looking for improving my pace bowling with some more speed and my fielding agility

Not gym related, but hill sprints are good to increase speed. It's more SAQ work really that you need to be doing as gym work won't improve agility. Stick a ladder down in the garden and practice tiptoing through it as fast as possible/sideways/feet in then out etc. If you really want to do it in the gym then lots of reps, really quickly would help using an olympic bar bell and light weights. Bicep curls/ lunges/ squats/ overhead extensions. Maybe 3 sets of 15-20 as quick as possible.
