The design is first class, I really like the look of it and the thought process behind the design. I'll wait with interest to see what our tame racing car designer thinks of it...

No doubt we will hear about how the aerodynamics of the lid make the wearers cover drives 50% more effective due to increased air flow absorbtion... ill get my coat.

Revolutionary.... but needs to go from concept to commercial.

Though it allows for heat circulation and keeping the head cool (guess lot of batsmen want a "cool head" while batting ;)) what happens when they sweat in cold weather? They are going to feel the chill.... maybe wear a cotton cap below the helmet??

Its a very good concept but i am slightly dubious about how much better the vision wil be. And the amount of effort involved will mean a sky high price!

I wouldnt be suprised if aero dont buy the design or copy ideas if its not patented

agreed, horrible. story looks to be near enough 3 years old so wouldnt be surprised if stuff has changed

if it was solid plastic it would look better, but it then looses its effects
