Just email Matt, or pm him telling him what you want and he should sort you out.
-
maybe im wrong but i thought there have been a few threads on here where people have had specific profiles or copies made. try contacting them and asking
have you thought about a salix rogue to keep the cost down?

-
Perhaps you may need a slightly higher middle for aussie tracks or you could get a Scat while your over there

Where abouts in Aus? Will you be playing on proper wickets or astroturf?
-
I'm an Aussie and I play in the Brisbane premier grade comp, and most pitchess are generaly pretty bouncy, so they'd be bouncier than the ones you have over there.
-
Where in Aus are you off to mate, what state/club?
The top range screaming cat will cost more than a top range Salix I am pretty sure.....$675 Australian Dollars for one

170-180 would be pushing hard but I can see a favourable deal if you were to pick up 2 bats for your 9 month trip to Australia.
-
they are bouncier and tend to have a lot more carry, well thats what i experienced when i went to aus and you cant drive a ball unless its a genuine half volley no driving on the up like in england!
also i have a 2lb 14oz GM Flare original 7/8 Grains, Very Good condition looking for £150 posted via courier

As an Aussie player who is over in the UK at the moment, yes, Aussie tracks bounce alot more. But again, it may depend on where you are playing. I'm from central qld but have played cricket on the sunshine coast Qld, and the tracks are all bouncier than over here. The tracks are alot harder and have 'true' bounce - no driving on the up!

Sorry Aidy didn't mean to copy what you said!

no worries mate, thats how i was 90% out driving on the up!.. i was playing in NSW nearer to Brisbane thatn sydney, in Grafton around the clarence valley area if anyone knows around there?
-
I know the area but not familiar with the cricket comp.....I played my junior cricket on the Sunshine Coast, then grade cricket in the same comp. Now play grade cricket in CQ - can't wait to get back and bat/bowl on Aussie tracks again!!
-
im playing for a team called george town in tasmania?
anybody played near them?
-
lekka what would be this deal??
-
Tasmania to us Mainlanders is like Wales to English haha!!!
Fair bit colder down that way mate maybe speak to someone at the club to see how the pitches play. VERY different climate to Queensland.
-
haha good thing im welsh then ;)

Yep.
Your back foot game will improve dramatically.
Bumpers will come through head high too...and quickly!

It will, but not as much as the northern states. In Tassie, it always rains down there and is much colder than the constant 28-32 degree games up here in QLD, but it's the bloody humidity that gets you up here, always like 90%-95% in summer.
-
Try Central Queensland Langer,
constant 35 - 40 degrees+ in the summer months!
