Title: 2011 Jester
Post by: Black Cat Cricket on July 22, 2011, 11:26:06 PM
As some of you may have picked up on, the Joker G3 has been rebranded the 'Jester'.  Here is the first of many pics of it following the Black Cat photoshoot the other day...

Damn you, I just got a G3 Joker! I shall see how that goes and then may invest in a brand new one!

Stickers the only change?

And with the stickers, is it only joker changing to jester? Any change in design on the back?

Look forward to seeing the new jokers

If you don't mind me asking why are the stickers on the Joker/Jester so different from the Shadow and Voodoo stickers? The Shadow and Voodoo stickers have a very stylish, classy look to them, and are clearly Black Cat branded, whereas the Joker/Jester's seem very... unclassy in comparison.

The Joker and Jester almost have their own brand to the rest of the Black Cat range.  They are a big hitting, twenty20-style bat, and the graphics represent that.  The similarities are of course that they are made in the same way, but in a branding sense, the similarities between the Joker range and the rest of the range end there...
