Hey guys,
I am very sad because this has happened recently to my favourite bat:

If anyone can offer me some help to repair this damage, preferably within my own home I would appreciate it.
Thanks!
P.S. Sorry for the poor picture quality from my HTC.

Should I just tape it up, or is there a special sort of glue I should use to seal it up? Any help would be much appreciated!

pva and a clamp/mole grips ?
-
open the crack up pva glue inside then clamp
after clamp tape it up and if the seal is done correctly hey presto mate it will sound and play the same but depends on if the crack is going up and down or from side to side
i had it in one of my chase similar i opened it up glued clamped and taped and it played well for another season mate

ger some none stick tape tape then clamp is my theory

Ah ok thanks guys. So I should pull open the crack, glue it together and then clamp it? The only problem being I don't have access to a clamp...

You'll just have to hold onto it really tightly for a day or so then.

or send it to someone to do the work for you
