You know, the stuff you iron on to your cricket whites to adjust the length. Anyone know where to buy it?
-
Most supermarkets mate, less than a quid.
Failing that, use staples and go old school ;)
-
I looked in the supermarket today and couldn't find it, but then it's one of those items that you're never quite sure which aisle to look in.
-
Just ask someone, usually at the end of an aisle...I believe the term is 'haberdashery'

I pay the drycleaner to do my trousers with a lovely stitched hem. definitely the way to go!

I had the wife on it, but her sewing machine has broken down :(
I need the whites for his weekend, so wonderweb is a temporary solution.

no, the mcc pj's come tailored.
they problem with asking the wife to do the trousers is if they aren't perfect you still have to be grateful... ! ! :o

Is there a fabric wearhouse near you? They have it.
If you really struggel you can staple them up too.
