Azhar's My bat

here is a bat that was made for Azhar but was just too big for the little guy, you need some serious guns to wield this thing ;)

I visited Matt's workshop a couple of weeks back when i was desperate for a new stick and picked this one up. It wasnt the pretiest bat grains wise he had in there but i felt it was the best off of the mallet......

Matt had some lovely looking bats in and some stunning clefts that were waiting to be shaped...

i would definitely recommend H4L bats

haha yeah its a good'un thats for sure.....

yeah mate the Xtrax grip (nothing but the best for my baby) ;)

What's the weight? And edge size?

It looks amazing, shape is brilliant too! Matt seem to be making very good bats lately

weight was 2.9ish when i left the workshop i have since added an xtrax grip and anti scuff, so at a guess i would say it now weighs 2.11/2.12

edge size is 38mm from memory
its a big bat

:o :D - Looks a top top bat :)

Have you used it at all yet (looks like there are some bowling machine ball marks - not too sure though...) ???

Had a couple of hits with it in the nets using the bowling machine, yet to use it out in the middle

38 mm for 2.9 is indeed very big!
