I was just wondering if Kashmir willow bats can have nice grains. I remember a mate of mine had a bat that looked pretty good and to my surprise he told me it was Kashmir, although it was a bit darker than the good stuff.
Saw this on CSO facebook page, and although the bat looks good I don't think GN would make that big of a mistake, could be that subconsciously I'm upset that I didn't get it and need someone to tell me that it is Kashy and just happens to look good. Let me know what you guys think: http://www.facebook.com/cricketstoreonline#!/media/set/?set=a.10150763959525584.731983.391552200583

Having a look at this video I seem to have answered my own question....Damn, why couldn't I be so lucky ahah. He sold all of them very quickly, but I don't agree that he has implied that all will look like that when they won't.

You can get some nice looking grains on KW
The easiest way to tell is by taking a close look at the grains. KW grains are made up of dots instead of a lines for EW, so the grain line of KW is fuzzier. From that vid you cant really tell if it is KW or EW
