Title: Safest Helmets
Post by: Number4 on August 27, 2011, 12:03:07 AM
Just read in the latest Kingsgrove catalogue that Albion are making claims that there helmet, the Ultimate 98, is the safest and lightest cricket helmet available

Any thoughts, comments on that guys?

I still think masuri has the best helmets
The titanium grill makes a huge difference in the weight too

ayrtek have proved
time n time again that they have the safest and lightest lid. Tom just hasn't got round to take Albion on in a legal battle. Masuri has a weak peak we have seen this time n time again. Tom has tested all the helmets for damage etc

Yeah I read the previous topic on this after I posted this topic... Take on the world Ayrtek.. When are we going to see them in shops in Oz?

At least Ayrtek have the stats to prove the claims unlike false claims made by others

im hoping they will be seen in retailers nexy year as there is a new product coming out that is more afordable :D

@ my level of cricket an albion or a masuri will do the job fine i think (even tho i have an ayrtek)

but at pro level there are just to many issues with cuts and injurys over the last 5-6 years

this is a good video
