which one of these are better?
(low cut no straps)

I would say asics as they specialise in just footwear mate as adidas are clothing, and all the other gear aswell mate. So the qaulity of asics will be much better. I have adidas shoes from last season and they were ok but nothink special will definatly be going with asics this year.

Asics by a mile.
Adidas are no comparison for the quality and comfort Asics offer and that justifies the price differential.
I bought a pair of Puma Ballistic full spikes from India when I there in November and they are very good. Good support and great comfort.
Used Adidas and HM last season. GM were horrible. Adidas was good but Asics are the best.
If price is a issue, then try the Puma Ballistic spikes.

I'd recommend Puma.
Personally found Adidas the most comfortable, but in damp conditions you get wet feet due to the airflow system in the soles.
I found Asics to be quite narrow fitting, and I have wide feet

I had adidas last season but before that i had asics 150not outs for five years so they did last. Only thing i would say is that adidas are quite low fitting compared to ascis so i got the all rounder adidas ones with strap across for a bit of extra support, obviously the bowling boots have BIG SUPPORTS!

roght now i have the 452s
im not a fan of pumas because theyre not good for bowling from what ive heard

adidas for me, quality shoes and as bonus they look far better as well
