Terrifyingly entertaining stuff, what a tit.

Brilliant. "Step up and drive". Have they been listening to Rhianna?

i remember watching a programme on Bravo ( cant remember what its called) but its where they look into sports etc and analyse techniques, forces players go through in tackles etc.
Not directly linked to cricket but i remember seeing one about baseball batters using heavier bats/ weights to warm up. they tried it and found it caused them to hit a certain distance less around 5-10% difference. also tested it with golf and it did the same thing. based on that I'm not sure it would be beneficial.
Plus you look a bit of a tit!

I was at a baseball batting cage and a club was there practising and I held there baseball bat which they all used in trainings it was low sweetspot, thinner in circumference bat and it was heavy. The coach said this is to increase the bat speed in games and make the game bat feel lighter

That’s hilarious! I think he was wearing a helmet so he’s not recognised!

surely with that technique someone would recognise him if they played against him. the crouch defensive shot is my fav.
