I picked this up in the jjb sales, I thought £57.99 for a GM Icon 707 was good value. Bat weighs 2'9 and I reckon the edges are decent, around 30mm maybe a touch over. It's a nice mid middle profile and the pickup is probably the best I have felt on a 2'9 bat. The big test will be actually using it, os expect an update late November.

Your Flare 707 looked pretty good Leo. The face isnt perfect, some discolouration and some marks at the top but that's why it's not a 808/909 etc.

Do you mind if I ask you that was the bat you bought same as the one they had on the page when you paid for it [when you hover over the picture]?

I am also planning on spending some bucks..

The jjb pics are all stock images, it's pretty much lucky dip but it was a GM Icon 707 from memory. Taps up ok but nothing so different from other bats I own at the moment, all GM bats need a bit of playing in though. Its why I'll reserve judgement until  I've had a few net sessions with it.
