Title: Offering Zero VAT to overseas customers

We are now offering Zero VAT  to all our customers from outside the European Union (EU).

Does that mean the price will be reduced by VAT% to non EU customers?

Including Norway I presume?, Though that'll be cancelled out and more by the whopping tax you pay on all imports here :(
