I have pitched the 2 most adventurous minds at opposite ends of the world to make me a new bat in a different shape. They have returned the bats and I'm very impressed with both before the hitting starts.

The Laver has laminated edges and the cut away shoulders.
The SAF has concaving in the shoulders and a very angled spine and toe.
Which is best, fight time...

I like the look of that SAF, really like to stickers too Norbair!
-
I like the SAF especially the concaving done near the shoulders.
Mike, your sofa can be recommended for the Guinness Record as the most photographed sofa:)

That chair in which my (No Swearing Please) is lodged right now was a gift from my mum so that Bev could feed the baby in as it is narrow. I use it as she hogs the leather sofa.
The SAF stands out, does'nt it.

surely the Laver is illegal? nice idea though - I prefer the look of the SAF. What are the weights? Have you used either yet - are these likely to get sold on?
-
I love the look of the Laver even if it isnt legal :)
-
i definetley like the look of the laver the colour on the blade is beautiful
-
Have you now used them Talisman? Could you give us some feedback on their performance please?
-
Love the look of the SAF.
-
I used the Laver, it was an odd bat, played well to start but lost a lot of it's ping quickly, sold it on and then effect carried on with the new owner, maybe it dried quickly or the edges lowered the rebound.
Did not used the SAF as simply have way too many bats and did not like the feel of it for some reason, waiting on another from Norb as we speak.

Mike I've PM'd your gMail account.

Well it turns out that i have the SAF Custom on temporary loan to have a go with - looking forward to getting down to the nets and testing out Norb's handiwork!
