Ok - thought I'd start a sort of "pat yourself on the back" kind of topic!
In here everyone should post what sports, gym, walk, run, cycle activity they did that day!
I see it as a way to pat ourselves on the back, but also to help motivate people to get out and do more?
But also to give you ideas to do activities you wouldn't normally think of doing (but kep it clean please! ;) )

I'll kick it off by sayig that I'll be off to do an hours non-stop batting in the nets with a bowling maching this evening.

Indoor cricket at 9pm in a top of the table clash....Ayrtek Indoor League ;)

40 lengths of the swimming pool, as I did last night and the night before

Woke up at 7:45, walked 5 minutes to the bus stop, went to school, didn't do much, went to Tesco, went back to school, did a little bit, got the bus home, now on here, plans for tonight, watch Unstoppable.
Also got the new coke Lucozade.

About to go to the gym as I do 5 times a week. Another day I play indoor football and have 1 day off a week from exercise

Now I have to venture to Harlesden/Stonebridge for a coaching course.... hopefully Ill make it out alive.

wednesday is often a day off for all universities (well the afternoon is always free for uni sports fixtures) and msot people here at mine have morning off too

On a rest day today, but have been working out using ea active 4 days a week - plan to be up at 5:30 tomorrow to do it again, though received some good news today, as I found out that I passed my final exam for an International Diploma in Business Analysis, so missus has bought me a few beers to celebrate

Yes Brucey! Tastes just like normal Coke, but because it is Lucozade it is a lot nicer!

10k run. 37 minutes, was rather stunned myself as I smashed my personal best by 8 minutes!! :D

I don't really know to be honest mate. I think I ran the first part much quicker than I usually do, and I was pretty determined to finish it quickly this week. Was school games so there was another (better) runner who I sneakily overtook. Beating him once I overtook him made me get a move on lol!

Funny, I was was walking down moorgate with a cricket bat looking for demonstrators...
Then I cycled 7.5 miles home.

30 min X train at the gym to go with 30 min cycle followed it up by smashing the sh!t out of my chest! Will get rid of my moobs I will get rid of them!!!!!!

As it's Thursday I shall run past today's plans. Wake up 11ish. Go to school for one lesson, come home. Go to see the Premeirship trophy at 3. Have some food, go to Cardiff to see Bill Bailey at 5, come home, FIFA, sleep.

25 minute work out. On ea active this morning, 4 mile run this evening, chinky for tea! :D

I parked the car around 4 miles from work and ran with backpack into work (thankfully they have showers!!)
And then ran back to the car this evening. So around 7 or 8 miles today.

Volunteered to walk to shop and buy some milk.
A slow day in my case then

Had an indoor cricket match and won :)

Arm, shoulders and chest in gym today, done some rugby kicking practice, got a new PB of 52metre kick :)

Yesterday night I went to winter nets for the first time this season. Batted for 20 minutes and bowled mostly with one other bowler in our net for an hour and five minutes. It's going to hurt tomorrow...
The 2nds captain commented that I was looking pretty nippy!
