Title: Which SS pads are these?
Post by: EaglesCC on November 18, 2011, 10:48:04 PM: I know they're not MIDS pads and I'm pretty sure I've seen SS on the inside... but which ones? Test opener?

On the contrary I think you’ll find that the LE pads are more traditional in that they have a cane facing protection where as gladiator seem to have foam facing (may well have cane behind the facing layer).

I’m really curious to know why ‘pros’ all seem to opt for LE (and previously Test opener) over the top of the range gladiator?

Gladiators have wooden cane behind foam as well, I have reviewed them on PakPassion so you can see them there if you want to.

CD, yes I know and I posted on your thread about wanting to see how they looked worn. I.e. look and feel when actually wearing them to bat?

I was going to drop a PM there but I seemed to have locked myself out of my account and have been trying for a week to get my word reset :(
