Does anybody know the sizing guides for Aero P2 V6 Strippers Lower Body Protector??

Have you checked the aero site?

If not thats probably your best bet.

im pretty sure the aero measurements are from hip to knee as the waist sizes are fully adjustable

It is from waist bone (pelvis (if I recall it properly)) till your knee.
