Probably opening up an old thread but I just wanted some advice please.
I have 6 bats at home (3 in the office at work) and one in the post. My wife is going to kill me. But you can never have enough kit. Can You?
Anyway, the bats at home are two very old Fearnleys and 4 new, oiled and partially knocked in new ones. They have been stored in my garage but now its getting cold so I have moved them into a small bedroom that my son uses as a music room. The temp seems quiet normal.
Other than leaving myself wide open to being found out by the wife is this the best place to store them.

Put the bats where you want to, if the mrs questions it, tell your selling 2 of them. But it's a bad time to sell as the season doesn't start till April/may time. I've literally just explained this to the mrs. She bought it. Happy days.

Room temperature is fine, just make sure it is not too cold or too warm then you are good to go.
Two weeks prior to use lightly oil the bats.
