Above are some photo's of the bats I picked up in India, the far right I selected for myself. Pressed and prepared in a slightly different way hence why it looks very much used, hopefully should perform well.
The other 2 have gone to close friends. All 3 weigh around 2lb 8/9oz and are in different profiles.
-
apart from the profile on the middle one, they look absolutely rubbish
-
Ok, I personally disagree about the left 2 looking rubbish. Left has 14 straight grains, one is H/W. Profile is a decent size. Middle has grains which are ok, bearing in mind it's being sold as a G2. And the right, well I know it looks crap but that's half the reason why I'm giving it a go.
The 3 were selected for different reasons anyway, left was chosen on grain, middle on raw cleft weight and right on it being plain ugly!

Hi Tom,
What are those marks on the bat on the far right?? Is this a new bat? Why did you tape it on the top??
I like the grains on the first one but the profile on the second one is massive.
Which company did you pick up these bats from??
Did you manage to find out about the gloves??
-
The marks I don't have a clue what they are, lowest grade of willow certainly. It's new yes and taped as there's a few big dents there from my travels. As I said earlier looks used as it has had an extra process of pressing and preparation.
Will PM you regarding the gloves.

The one on the right has 'character', shall we say! Other two look nice tho-should be runs in them

I think the first two look lovely and the one on the right would be allright if it wasn't for the funny colours.
