drawknife, Snell-Atherton-No-4-Leather-Spoke, Chisel and various grade sand papers.

How did you concave it?

How did you concave it?
I kept a large cutting gap in Snell-Atherton spoke shave and this tool is just great for concaving and peels of wood with ease and speed.
-
so you kind of hacked away at it with the spokeshave and then smoothed it with sanding? I'm looking to make my own bat, and need to concave it to get the weight down but can't get hold of a travisher.
