While shopping in Exeter I was heading back to the car and guess who I saw...
Craig Kieswetter. Casually walking down the street. I froze, I didn't know what to do
I was going to ask for a photo but couldn't get the words out. :-
While exiting the car park we saw a range rover sport with the reg K1ESO a coincidence I think not .
:D

Big headed, arrogant ****. Good job he's a decent cricketer!
-
think you have to have a little arrogance about yourself playing at that level. he is a good cricketer and as a somerset fan i do enjoy watching him smack it round the park
-
Yes so do I, he is one of the players I enjoy watching most. It's probably tainted a little bit by seeing him out on the piss lol. Everyone has potential to be a bit of an idiot when they're out on the lash I suppose.
-
yeah i guess we all do that. good that you see him out and about. only cricketer ive ever seen out was jeff thomson. funny as hell after a few beers
-
Buttler is another one mind. See quite a few of the Somerset boys about in Taunton, I guess it's quite a small place after all.
-
unfortunately the closest county to me is northants and dont see any of the boys out and about. Jos is gonna be big in a few years.
-
I call him Craig Bedwetter
-
I can vouch for him being a legend met him in a night club had a good chat with him more then hapy for some pics even took me advice on where to go !
-
Lol fair enough. He was going out with my sister's best friend for a while. Come the end, she was definitely not a fan lol!
-
how many relationships end well no matter what happens lol. i wouldnt mind being him anyway!
-
Well true, but that's another kernundrum entirely. :D

Agreed! See him in Taunton a lot, once saw him walk out of Tesco express making his missus carry 3 bags of shopping and he was empty handed... D**khead

Lol the craig kieswetter hate thread.
Does anybody else know of players known to be "up themselves"???
As I'm very local to Ian Bell I have heard mixed storys about him... I'll leave my judgement till I actually do meet him
-
I saw Dirk Nannes at the Cheltenham festival this year playing in the nets with his kids, Ian Salisbury was keeping and Nannes's wife was silly point! He played with them for about two hours what a legend and noone bothered him. Also there was Alec Stewart who sat with all the scoreboard boys for the whole afternoon session, noone bothered him also even tho he came across as very approachable. Ive found It's very easy to judge people without knowing them but sometimes you do feel some players don't know how lucky they are to be a professional sportsman. Some of the county pro's like Peter Trego are pure gentlemen from what I've seen at a couple pro 40's. He came across as someone who realized how lucky he was and at every opportunity made an effort with everyone, even sharing a joke after a dropped catch in front of the disgruntled members.

A lot of people hate Kevin pietersn due to his arrogance npbut I meet him a few times a year and he is a pure gentleman , always asks after my family even tried to get him to sign for Durham and he said where is that cheeky (No Swearing Please) haha , speaking of Durham Paul collingwood is a tru gentleman and Graham o ions but I have been told to avoid both Stuart broad and jimmy Anderson as they are rather arrogant and any one who reads my topics god help you will see that i can confirm Peter trego is a star ,and from the other countries spoke to Mitchell Johnson about his tattoos for a good 5-10 min and he was just s down to earth ,
In the past tho I would say one of the nicest men I have met was Shaun udal even asked me out for a pint haha
-
Ive had a joke with Alec Stewart whilst he was commentating and i was standing outside the commentary window waiting for my dad he seemed like a top guy!
-
I know a guy who played for Warks and is currently at Sussex. He didn't have a very good opinion of Bell.
Played against nannes - he was really sound, though to be fair, that was prob before he 'made it'
-
I have some great friends in Perth, Australia.
Leigh and all her sisters (4 of them) always go to the WACA One Dayers in February,
She waited to get a cap signed for her son By Shane Warne, He said to her: 'what's your Son's name? Mitchell she replies.
He signs the hat and says: By the way, Lady. You have the best tits I've ever seen!

Interesting you say that Shaq, friend of mine met Udal at a Lashings game and had nothing good to say about him, guess it just shows we are all human and depends what mood you catch a person in.
-
Paul Nixon is a sound bloke. He was out every night in St Lucia for a beer and a chat during our ill fated 50 over world cup.

That would be putting it lightly....
-
Been coached by fat gat, who's bloody good guy. Been coached a couple of times by Owais Shah, who came across both times as a very smug, arrogant and spiteful character.
-
Got coached by Lee Daggett before and he was a great chap!
-
I met Gatt very briefly at Lords, he initiated a conversation with me as I think he could tell I didn't know what to say!! We were the only people in the indoor nets, he was just about to leave but still took the time to speak to me.
I've also met James Foster and he seemed like a very decent guy.
