Title: Middle position by measurement on a bat

One for the talented batmakers on this forum.

What will be the measurement (how many mm from toe upwards) for

1. High sweet spot
2. Mid sweet spot
3. Low sweet spot.

Also does the position of the swell necessarily define the middle position?
