Title: Adidas SL22 or GN Optimum Shoes?

I've had my eyes set on both of these pairs of shoes. However I haven't a clue which pair to actually get.

So which are better or what pair would you recommend?

All depends how much bowling you'll be doing with your knee this year

I should be alright. Just bowl of a smaller run-up!

I've always gone with companys that make  shoes, Adidas, Puma, Asics etc.

Yeah Liam they look better than the SL22.
GN's look pretty nice though!

But being low, they won't give you any extra support really...
