Have you got a video of your run up and action?

A good few years back i had some bowling training with our then player coach 'Chris Gladwin'. He changed the speed of my run up from a constant pace to being more pacey in my run up in the last 5 strides. He also worked on my front foot position and front arm. I used to fall away at the crease some what and usually ending up on the next wicket and he sorted this out.

I have looked online and found some great stuff. There are some stuff on youtube from Ian Pont about front foot positioning.

A player at my Club has just purchased one of these on Mr Pont's recommendations, looks a very easy tool to use.

Without seeing you bowl, the simple answer is no. Other than suggesting a combination of strength and flexibility exercises, any advice here is going to be limited.
