My inner thigh pad keeps slipping down. Its a right pain. Anybody got any suggestions what can be done about it?
cheers
-
Is it a wrap around waist one or do you attach it to outer thigh pad band
-
attach it to the outer thigh pad string, although i have tried wrapping it around with its own string, that still doesnt make any difference
-
Is it an elasticated waistband that does up with velcro?
-
Glue it to your inner thigh. Around the clock protection, plus a bit of convenience
-
Is it a string in outer thigh if so if that's becomes a little slack inner will slip as used to have it before using ones with thicker Velcro straps
What pads are they
-
the string on the outer thigh pad is the velcro sort, but the inner thigh pad waistband is just a piece of string.

I'm sure Buzz "The walking thigh pad" Rockport will turn up soon! He's the man to ask about them!
-
The only thing I can think of is to try and line the inside of it with something that doesn't slip? Maybe lycra? If you have an old compression top, that material might work....seems like a bit of a faff though.....

Hahaha.
in answer to your question, not sure why it doesn't fit, have you tried to tie it to your outer thigh pad?
sounds like it just doesn't fit you.

yea tried that still no luck..might have to get a new one. hawk still the way to go buzz?
-
Depends on the protection level you want as hawk ones I had last season were not up to much
Plus what size you want
-
I am trialing the new gm ones at the moment. but have others on their way too.
I have gone off the hawk ones.
