Title: Adidas 22 Yds IV Mid or Asics Gel Speed Menace

Which one would you recommend, I bowl pace ( at least try too) ?

I'd say try them both on, and see which you like more.

I went and tried the spikes on before I bought mine, then ordered them off the internet cheaper, it's always worth seeing how they fit you, and whether or not you like the fit before hand

Yeah, trouble is no sports shops near to where I live have either..

Having used both i feel Adidas are more supportive but more uncomfortable to field in so at the end of the day its personal choice about what they look like or what size you can get them in.

it should also be said the Eng bowlers go to Germany to get their boots custom made.
