how much do you guys recon it would cost for me to get a bat, lightened and re-shaped to the same shape as a bat i currently have ( so i have 2 bats the same shape) ?

m and h in taunton do a replica service, you send them your bat and they make it exactly the same profile, size, etc. costs about £250 but you get G1+ willow and they are awesome bats...

yeah, ive already got a bat, but its not a shape im fond of and heavier than my match bat, so i just want to get it made into the same shape and wieght as my other bat

newbery and salix charge £40 for lightening.

Giving it the same shape as your existing bat can be a problem as it will depend on the amount of wood the bat maker s has to play aroung with.

Any bat make with ask you to send both the bats. So you need to keep this in mind. Also the chances of them saying no are more.

where did u get the bat from? which brand is it? it maybe a good idea to go back to the same maker.

Warsop or Fusion may do it for a cheaper price.

theyre both from india, that wouldnt be a issue as i live pretty close to the chase factory, it was more a enquiry to see weather i can be bothered coz id have to raise fund too!

oh, i see, i had my bat rebalanced by m and h, they took about 2oz off my bat for £25
