I think Laver does. Not sure about the cost though.

Hawk in Worcester offer a lamitoe and perhaps Chase as well.

Chase do. I think they were one of the first companies to do it (them and Laver)

My chase 175 had one and it worked well as far as I could tell.

Yeah my 175 has it too. 2 years old and just had it refurbed. The lamitoe still looks brand new. Chase offer a great level of service too, the bat was refurbed and returned to me within 2 days.
