Title: Kookaburra kahuna Players Gloves
Post by: ajm90 on January 25, 2012, 08:56:35 PM
Hi just wanted to ask if anyone knows how the kangaroo leather in these performs compared to pittards/Is it worth the extra £15 or so?  :)

Can't say I've noticed a massive difference between kangaroo and pittards, theyre probably a bit of a gimmick but I'll reserve my judgement until I see if they last longer than normal or feel any different batting outdoors.

OP I'm sure you saw my review which I sent you.

However, I'd personally prefer English pittard as they feel softer and more comfortable as opposed to Kangaroo leather.

Cheers thanks for the info  :) The review was really helpful, as when i went into romida today i was a bit shocked that the only difference causing a £15 price increase is a palm that didn't feel any better than the lower priced version.  ???

As soon as they come out I'm getting myself a pair - I'm a great fan of the black kangaroo palms!!
