anyone had any dealings with them or any experiences of their willow?
I'm pretty sure they make for some other brands, just unsure of their quality?
-
Yes they did some sorts for us when with CCC, bats aren't half bad either one I had went quite well

Fcuk me Tombo - you're fast off the mark!
They did some 'sorts' for you? Sounds like a bunch of Nailsea prossies on a lads might out!
-
What is the going rate for a 'sort'? ;)
-
Haha quick on the reply el crappo on the spelling on these bloody fruit based devices!

I can't speak from any personal experience here I'm afraid....

Lies....
-
Once I heard it was paid for by the hour I could see it would be a complete was of money!
-
lol! :D
I've always thought of Robinsons as decent bats myself, only used one but it went as well as anything I used that season. Don't know why though but I always get confused between RNS Larsons and Robinsons....Is there a link between the companies ie like SS and SG????
-
I have one, loaned to a mate at the moment, this is an rs sensation
a few pics here:

Caribee is a good model. Stink load of grainerinos and fat like a puss
-

No doubt I'll be the excuse why u have just entered "street hookers" Into google when the wife stumbles across ur search history ;) lol
-
Id have both of the ones on the left fielding in the slips and crouching low preferably.

-
The new pink ones would go down particularly well...happy endings all round
-

Well PM - only if you want to see a pair of swinging hairy balls, all those beauties are men!!!!!!!!!!
-
Haha I'd say box up tom but I fear the specimens we see before us may have that base covered.

Is this a joke?? Theyre all ladyboys haha
-
Poor fattus he only asked how good rs bats were...
-
It's all TomTeks fault. He's the one with a penchent (spelling) for Bristasian transexuals
-
Yes indeed Matt - 2 posts on the bats, and 25 posts on Prossies - what does that say about this forum?
I'm worried about PM7 though!
-
And Ayrtek then casually mentions their supply of 'sorts' to him and look where we are now! Don't know about you guys but any bat manufacturer who can not only supply decent sticks but ropey ladyboys deserves a bit more attention on this forum! It is a rather admirable usp..... :D

ahh - but any good Buzzard?
-
If only there was some
2 posts on the bats, and 25 posts on Prossies
If only there was some way of combining the 2 in a glorious yet legal bat/boob fiesta. Lady boobs by the way, not ladyboys.
Oh no I fear I may have said too much :(
-
Can't say I've used one myself but I hear good things from people who have. Only.downside I see is the horrific UK webpage and stickering. Don't they provide bats for other manufacturers as well?
-
U on about the ladboys or are we back onto the bats?
-
I think Were back onto bats now. Still not convinced though
-
Bloke had one at ny club, was 2.11, built like a brick house and went like a train
-
Are we sure were onto bats again ???
-
RS also make bats for willowstix...
http://custombats.co.uk/cbforum/index.php?topic=15721.0
They have a UK website too but not well maintained...

-
That's RNS who make bats for Willowstix if I am not mistaken.
-
ahh - but any good Buzzard?
given you know me well, am I the kind of guy that gives a brilliant bat to a mate or who keeps it...
I used it a few times in the nets and couldn't find the middle :o
-
Well who'd a thunk it!
Picked up a cheeky little Robinsons at 2.9lbs - 38mm edges, and a chunky little bugger with an ugly face (rather like my good self), but lovely pick up and balance.
And you know what - had a little net with Buzz last night and the bat is not bad at all! Not outstanding yet, but definately pinging and has potential. For what I paid for it, it's big and got a good middle. Even Buzby had to give it a bit of credit after he actually hit a couple (I was bowling well last night!).
-
Get some pic's up then show us your new massive wood.
it is a seriously lovely bat!!
-
Will do coach - drinking beer in the nuddy at the moent, so photos not a good idea.
Cracking bruise on my inner-thigh though - currently measures 8cms and growing!

2.9lbs, 39mm edges and approx 60mm spine.
Lovely pick up, ugly face, pingy middle.
I think I also spot offset edges!!
-
Face isn't that ugly on her! Seen far worse ;).
Looks a lovely stick though :D
-
Looks like a carabee
-
She is very special - I shall call her Big Bottomed Brenda!
-
So which end do you hold in your hands? ;)
-
Yup - very similar shape to Caribee, but bigger profile and a few more, straighter grains and an oval handle.
Fortunately, a similar price to Caribee!
-
I went to the robinsons factory when i was last in india. saw some lovely softs he produces for some of the smalleruk brands
-
Yeah, I like their stuff - thigh pads are good too. Just not an often mentioned OEm brand such as RNS Larsons or SG.
They used to do a copy of the SS Jumbo called the RS Rage, but I haven't seen one anywhere for ages.
-
So where did you get it from and how much did you pay?
-
Hey my little feline friend....you still ok for Wednesday next week?
-
Surinder is a top bloke having meet him some 7 years go now and been in touch ever since, sorts are of very high quality and they produce a very good bat too :)
