I play anything on my pads or middle stump through mid on-wicket or square on leg side. But I can't hit powerfully there how can I hit powerfuly through there like KP?
Also how can I learn to hit the flamigo shot powerfully?

Try and use the wrists and flick it rather than slap at it.
Look at the Indian lads all very strong in the wrists.

you need to work out shots that work for you, timing is how you will be able to hit the ball more powerfully - and that comes from form/confidence and practice.
Also I would always advocate trying to punch the ball straight and let the angle of the ball onto the bat on the placement.
I am not sure about "flicking the ball with your wrists" personally, but it can work
I am not sure you should try and hit shots like KP - he isn't scoring too many runs at the moment... try hitting shots that work for you.

Was taught to tray & hid through mid-on midwicket(think was Paul Atkins who was on surrey books at the time) so you are presenting full face of the bat & then if earlier ball can still go squarer if not timed perfectly.

Flamingo shot? No such thing, it's just a hoik to leg from outside the off stump ;)
If you spent as much time practising your own game as you do looking to emulate someone else's you would probably become a better player much quicker.
Do yourself a favour, book yourself a coach for an hour and listen very carefully to what he says. Your game will improve no end and eventually you will realise that trying to be like someone else is nowhere near as effective as trying to be yourself!

I was working on my leg side shots today with the help of Ryan and the bowling machine. Two things that helped were playing with a full face as much as possible and keeping my head/body upright ie. not falling over

To help you stay up right make sure you fully 'unhinge' your hip so your toe is point straight as this will create a solid base!

Think he played for Bucks alot before and after Surrey. Wasn't at Surrey very long if memory serves me right. Old Man knows him, got a stack of runs in minor county and club cricket.

Personally I have never found it necessary to open your front foot like you suggest but if it works for you.

Was at Surrey a few years but only got chances when players on england duty @ the time stewart, butcher thorpe etc.
Remember him + Ali Brown get hundred for fun in 2nd team cricket.

Yeah personally works as it prevents me from falling over. It also seems to open up more areas to hit the ball.
Tbf it isn't from the coaching textbook just something me and my coach found that helped...

My coach stopped me from doing it as he said it was far easier to become unbalanced. He got me to move onto my front foot with my foot pointing down the wicket then he pushed me over with one finger! If you keep your foot at an angle it's nearly impossible for you to lose balance! Different coaches, different methods I guess!

Oh interesting to see how things are done differently haha As i always say, as long as you hit the ball at the end of the day ;)

I could never play leg side shots, but now, I hit them with ease, i had 3 really simple but really big problems, firstly, my bat was not comming down straight, it was comming from 2/3rd slip, so i could hit squarer but when it wasnt there to hit square then i was out haha.
Secondly, my eyes werent level as i played the shot so I ended up falling over and again playing around the ball.
Lastly, I was, rather surprisingly for me turning my wrists too much, which was the exact opposit to what i actually thought I was doing? so at the point of contact I may as well have only had half a bat!
