Which Adidas spikes are best for an all rounder
The 2012 mid spikes or the 2011 lite spikes?

lite spikes all the way unless you bowl searing pace. Hard to bat in mid spikes.

I bowl pace and open the batting. I'm quicker than averag for my age but not rapid, swing I though and I'm becoming a more atttacking batsman now. I get pain in my ankle and knee sometime after bowling.
