I thought I would share with you the stickers I had made for the couple of bats I had made so far. I'm useless with illustrator and all of that stuff so I got Joe (JoeHig) to design me some. He provided a first class service and would regularly email with drafts and asking questions and was also very helpful when it came to the choice of colours and what would/wouldn't work. I wanted something that looked good but quite understated at the same time. In the end I decided to go for a black/grey/white and chrome colourway on a matt background.
Here's the end result. Thoughts and feedback welcome. p.s. I dropped the bat after putting the back sticker on so there is a slight rip in it :( I have tried to disguise it!

They look really nice. Bet your chuffed with them
-
Cheers, yes I am. It's hard to imagine what they look like from image files - it's only when you get them you can really see what they look like. Very impressed with the finished article :)
-
Glad you're happy, they look class on the bat, really excellent.
-
They look spot on.
Currently getting some stickers done by Joe myself, would recommend his designs and stickers to anyone, first class!
-
Cheers Joe and thanks for your hard work with them :)

No problem mate, was a pleasure doing business with you.
-
Absolutely adore the back stickers, they look incredible!
-
Thanks mate :)

If you don't mind me askin, how much do stickers cost to get made? and what quantities do you need to order?
-
Your best bet is to PM JoeHig. He will be able to advise you as there are different finishes available and I think price depends on the quantity you order.

What would you go for instead? I chose it as I wanted something modern that fitted in with the overall design but am interested in people's thoughts :)

Arrrrr makes sense mate. Will you be using these this summer???

Quite possibly along with my H4L and Instinct. I'm going to have a net with this one tomorrow and see how it is. dead weight - feels a tad on the heavy side for me to be honest but it picks up nicely and is responds well with a mallet.
If this one isn't right I will be making some more so one of them will make it's way into my kitbag :D

Instinct?!?! Your paid to much ;)

Look nice,
Waht effect do you have on the line bit? Can't quite make it out by the pictures.
-
Sticker shape is great, and unique. Which is needed as the during a game bats are usually viewed from the boundary or from at least 22 yards away. A unique shape makes it identifiable.
The only problem is the company name doesn't stand out and I find myself squinting to see the C on the front and the sticker at all on the back. That could be sold by changing font color, font borer or even a spot varnish.

Very creative and unique. Beautiful work!

The line/ribbon bit is chrome. I have taken some better pictures in natural light as it doesn't really stand out indoors under flash.

Thanks Tom. I see your point regarding the C - may need a little re-think on that one.
