Hello to All Keepers Out there...
So I am a Wicket Keeper, and have been since the age of 6, throughout the years i have tried so many different pairs and combinations of Inners to get the correct feel and protection, however i have still not managed to get the perfect combination.
So this year i wanna get the right pair for once... So this is where you guy's come in, i want to know what your opinions are on the best inners....
(Try and include images if possible)
Prior to any responce, thanks and i look forward to hearing your opinions...

I use these aero inners, great protection and grip but are difficult to get back into your gloves due to the grip.

i got some of peplow last year,,
chamoi backs and cotton fronts, i drench them with water before hand they softern up slide in and out of gloves easy and offer good protection

I've started using the SS Sunridges half chamois inners. They are padded at the palms but not too much and have a velcro fastening which I find helps as the inner doesnt roll off when you remove your glove.
(excuse photo, tried to do a posh one with my wicket keeping glove underneath. The laundry carpet needs a clean lol

Simmy, what make are the ones you got off of Peplow?? And i have also been look at those SS ones recentely only £6.99 off Ebay, UK Supplier too..
Also dont the Aero P1 Inner's feel too bulky underneath your gloves and affect the way you perform??
Cheers for all responces so far guy's, keep it coming :)

I've never really thought too much about my inners. Have pretty much always just used the puma ones with the Velcro fastening. They look very similar to those Ss ones now I think of it
-
i use unpadded Pum half chamois ones as they have a full chamois thumb. the padded ones tend to only have chamois on half the thumb and I always get hit on the non-chamois side!
-
I customise my own. Take any pair of cotton ineers, turn them inside out, remove any lining and padding then reapply my own special (bulletproof) padding and recover with the lining, turn back the right way and off you go.

Non padded full chamois. Full padded is ridiculous imo
-
I wear full chamois non padded inners. Never seemed to be able to get on with padded inners
-
I don't always keep but when I'm forced to, the velcro Puma inners work rather well. Granted, the keeping gloves I use often dictate how my paws feel afterwards.
-
i love those velcro strap puma inners, they're so much more secure than the kook ones with no velcro
-
yeah i use the half chamois puma inners , feel very comfortable
