What grade sandpaper should I use for sanding down my bat guys?

I find that Wire Wool does just as good a job! :)
-
U need to go through the grades to get a decent finish on it....buy a multipacks they tend to do a job going from 80-240+ to fine sand it

What grade of wire wool?
-
I wasn't aware there was more than 1grade of wire wool ???

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Blue-Spot-19850-Assorted-Sandpaper/dp/B003BPTKKM/ref=sr_1_1?s=diy&ie=UTF8&qid=1330772322&sr=1-1
So something like that would do the job?
-
No.3 to get the stickiness off from stickers, then No. 1 just to finish it off! :)
-
There is no stickers, its just from last years wood to a new fresh cooer so to speak :)

I used http://www.wilkinsonplus.com/wilko-sandpaper-assorted-grades-pack-x-10-sheets/invt/0287561/?htxt=pkza%2FN72azmAmuO8SpBOXQsg4VwG41%2FT1sEdQrJcxcSzHThSf7LSKrZfKmMeGPEC2liNbx32hwms%0ALCXMCZugtg%3D%3D and fine wirewool .
-
No.1 fine grade will do just the job then i'd think :)
-
Yes that kind of thing will do the job fine
